Bishop’s Gate Gardens ‘Get to Know You’ Session
Nestled quaintly along the gorgeous North Coast, Bishop’s Gate is a supremely beautiful and meticulously maintained garden walkway that is perfect for a quiet meander, family outing or a wonderful pre-wedding ‘Get to Know You’ session.
This time of year the gardens are lush and vibrant; with gorgeous, deep green tones, which are complimented by rich, warm hues from the tree bark.
What is most impressive about this season, and particularly a few weeks before summer arrives, are the beautiful bluebells that only hang around for a short period of time. These gorgeous flowers add such a gorgeous vibe to any Photo shoot.
As you meander through the woods you are met with a crossroads; turn left to visit Mussenden Temple, turn right to walk to Castlerock or go straight ahead toward the Black Glen, which is ‘black’ by name only.
This gentle walk takes you towards a quaint little reservoir tucked neatly in a valley between the Downhill Demense and the cliff walk back into town, which provided a beautiful setting for some intimate shots.
